We know that the last thing you want to do is fiddle with different report formats each year. That's why we have created quite a few formats and sizes to choose from. The following is only a sample of our complete report list. A typical directory will consist of a combination of several of these reports. For example, combining the faculty report, class roster and the multi column or single column reports will create a complete directory.

All of our reports are created in a PDF format:easy to print and easy to distribute. And your print shop will be very happy!

Booklet Directory Reports

A booklet size directory is 8 1/2" by 5". Here are a few sample reports to view. NOTE: The booklet reports are formatted for the Acrobat Booklet Page Scaling option. You can find this option when you print the reports as a booklet. Please make sure you have an updated version of Acrobat to view. Please download the software to see all of the reports available.
