IMPORTANT NOTE:

Always backup your data before you upgrade your software. Go to the Administration form to use the backup feature.  After backing up, close the software then proceed with upgrading.

MySchool Edition - Version:  4.07

Requires an upgrade purchase from 3.2.  Free for all 4.0 customers.

Update instructions.  Please read befor you download and install:

  • Backup your database before you install.  Go to Administration, select the Data File Management.
  • If you are on 4.04 or higher - backup your SMTP settings in the Email Manager by clicking on the SMTP configuration.   The installation will automatically reinstall your settings.
  • If you are on 4.03 or lower - write down your SMTP settings before upgrading.  You will need to manually reenter this information.

MySchool Edition - Version:  3.2

Use this if you are an EXISTING customer reinstalling or installing because you are a new administrator or user.

Update instructions. Please read before you download:

  • Backup your database before you install.  Go to Administration, select the Data File Management.
  • If you have data in the import template file  "DirectoryImportTemplate_ChurchV1.xls" that you wish to keep, you will need to rename the file before upgrading.
  • Write down your email SMTP settings as you will need to re-input the information in the Email Manager configuration settings.
